**Skilled Trade Assistant – Set-Out & Safety Installations $42 per hour + Travel Allowance | 2 Positions Available | Sydney*
* Measure it. Mark it. Install it. Get it right. We’re looking for two skilled Trade Assistants who know the difference between simply using tools and delivering quality workmanship. If you can measure accurately, confidently mark out and set out work, and know your way around hand and power tools, we want to hear from you. Concept Management is recruiting for specialist installation projects covering car park line marking, safety barriers, bollards and warehouse safety systems across Sydney. This is hands-on work suited to experienced people who enjoy seeing a job completed properly. What you’ll be doing:
- Measuring, marking out and setting out car park and warehouse layouts.
- Installing safety barriers, bollards, wheel stops and protective systems.
- Assisting with specialist line marking and warehouse safety installations.
- Drilling, anchoring, fixing and aligning components.
- Using hand tools, power tools and measuring equipment with confidence.
- Working to accurate measurements and high installation standards. Have you got what we’re looking for? We’re interested in experienced Trade Assistants,



skilled construction labourers and installation workers who bring real practical ability. You must have:
- Proven experience in mark-out, set-out and accurate measurements.
- Robust hands-on experience using hand and power tools.
- Previous trade assistance, construction or installation experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Outstanding reliability and a professional, safety-conscious attitude.
- Australian permanent residency.
- A current driver’s licence and reliable car.
- Construction White Card. Experience with line marking, shopfitting, steel installations, car park fit-outs or warehouse safety systems will give you an advantage. What’s on offer?
