About the role
Curaprox Australia is looking for a friendly, organised and reliable Customer Service person to join our team in Somerton Park. You will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, providing friendly and professional support by phone and email, while assisting with order processing and general administration to help keep the business running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

- Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage the customer support inbox and assist with general customer service.
- Provide reception support and greet visitors and couriers.
- Liaise with dental practices, pharmacies, retailers and dealers.
- Process orders and coordinate freight bookings with the warehouse team.
- Maintain customer records, databases and CRM information.
- Assist with supplier invoices, customer payments and general office administration.




- Support the sales and marketing teams with administrative tasks.
- Help maintain efficient systems and processes across the business. About you
- You are a proactive and personable individual who enjoys helping people and keeping things organised.
- Previous administration experience, preferably at least two years.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good computer skills and confidence using databases and office systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- A positive, versatile and customer-focused attitude.
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a small team.
