## Wood-Fired Pizza Chef / Pizzaiolo Old Coast Road Brewery, Myalup & The Parade Hotel, Bunbury Full-Time | Working Across Both Venues We’re looking for an exceptional Wood-Fired Pizza Chef with the technical skill, leadership and drive to take ownership of our pizza offering across Old Coast Road Brewery and The Parade Hotel Bunbury. Working under Executive Chef Karl Wulf, you’ll bring outstanding pizza to two distinctive settings: OCRB’s spacious brewery grounds in Myalup and The Parade Hotel’s waterfront location in Bunbury. This is an opportunity for a confident, accomplished chef to shape menus, strengthen standards and build a pizza offering that gives people a reason to visit both venues. ## The Role You’ll take a hands-on lead in pizza preparation and service, setting the standard from dough production through to the finished plate. You’ll work across both venues, helping each kitchen deliver exceptional quality during busy services. You’ll:
- Lead dough preparation, fermentation, hand-stretching and wood-fired cooking.
- Deliver consistent flavour, texture and presentation at both venues.
- Run an organised, productive pizza section during high-volume service.
- Develop recipes and contribute ideas alongside Executive Chef Karl Wulf.
- Train and guide kitchen staff in dough handling, oven management and service standards.
- Manage preparation levels, stock rotation, portion control and waste.
- Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene and kitchen organisation. Experience with Neapolitan-style or artisan pizza,



sourdough and long-fermentation doughs will be highly regarded. ## About You You’re a strong chef with proven wood-fired pizza experience, sound kitchen judgement and the confidence to lead by example. You understand how dough, fermentation and fire work together—and can deliver consistently when service gets busy. You’ll bring:
- Demonstrated experience running a busy wood-fired pizza section.
- Strong cooking skills, attention to detail and pride in your food.
- The ability to coach others and maintain standards across two kitchens.
- A calm, organised approach and a positive, professional attitude.
- Flexibility and reliable transport to work in both Myalup and Bunbury.
- Australian working rights permitting full-time employment. ##
