We are conducting the search for a Chief Financial Officer to join the executive leadership team of a large, regulated and technically complex Australian organisation operating across advanced manufacturing, critical infrastructure, research and commercial activities. The organisation operates substantial physical assets, complex manufacturing and supply-chain activities, major capital programmes and commercial operations within a demanding regulatory setting. We are looking for a CFO who is equally comfortable in the operations and in the ELT. The successful executive is likely to bring:

CFO or senior finance leadership experience in a complex organisation. Outstanding stakeholder management and relationship building skills as a cross functional business partner and influence, as part of the ELT, and with high profile external stakeholders. Strong commercial judgement and business-partnering capability. Exposure to manufacturing, industrial, infrastructure, defence, energy, healthcare production or another operationally intensive environment. Experience with significant assets and capital investment. Confidence operating in highly regulated and governance-intensive settings.
