What Senior ECM Platform Architect Filenet IBM... Prepare and present requirements to the business lead on the evolution of the technical architecture. Contribute to the invention of new technical processes and design concepts. Provide a detailed technical solution that incorporates enterprise best practices and optimised workflows. Design and manage the migration of existing ELO and EPM8 solutions to the new platform. Collaborate with the HA, MDR, and DevOps teams to deliver fully integrated solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement enterprise Case Management solutions using IBM FileNet and IBM Case Manager. • Configure case types, workflows, business processes, roles, and in-baskets. • Develop custom components, ICN plugins, integrations, and APIs. • Build scalable REST/SOAP‑based integrations with enterprise applications. • Perform solution design, technical reviews, impact assessments, and performance optimisation. • Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide L2/L3 support. • Support platform upgrades, migrations, modernisation, and release activities. • Create technical design documentation, deployment guides, and operational runbooks. • Mentor team members and provide technical leadership across projects. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment.



Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in IBM FileNet P8 and IBM Case Manager. • Strong development experience in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Web Services. • Experience developing custom widgets, ICN plugins, and workflow solutions. • Good understanding of Case Builder, Process Designer, ACCE, and ECM architecture. • Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and production support skills. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments. Preferred Skills

Banking or Financial Services domain experience. Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud‑based deployments. Knowledge of ReactJS/Angular integrations and microservices architecture. Exposure to ECM migration and modernisation initiatives. IBM FileNet, BAW, or related certifications. Benefits & Culture
