HDE Group, based in Brisbane, is seeking a Service State Manager to lead our Queensland Electrical Service business. You will own P&L;, drive performance and shape service delivery across sites, teams and client relationships. You will develop leaders, manage budgets and forecasts, and grow recurring service revenue with Tier 1 clients and premium properties. This is a senior operations role reporting to the Group General Manager.
