The Opportunity An excellent chance has arisen for an experienced
Special Counsel
to join a well-established and highly regarded General Insurance practice in Sydney CBD.
You will work across a broad range of complex insurance litigation and liability matters, providing strategic and commercially focused advice to a diverse client base.
This role offers genuine autonomy to manage your own files, develop client relationships and further strengthen your advocacy and practice management skills, with the support of an experienced Principal and collaborative team.
About You We are seeking an experienced insurance litigation lawyer who brings:
Minimum
7 years' post-admission experience
in insurance litigation.
Experience across professional indemnity, public liability, product liability, construction disputes or medical negligence.
Strong technical drafting, litigation and negotiation skills.
Confidence in managing matters independently and dealing directly with clients.
Commercial awareness, initiative and a collaborative approach.
