The Director has built a $3M fee base entirely through referrals, growing 20% year on year, and is now looking for a Senior Manager to step in, lead the team and report directly to her. The role
- Manage and review the work of a team of six CA/CPA qualified accountants, many of them experienced seniors
- Build a proper review and sign off process across the practice
- Build out the firm’s workpapers using a modern tech stack
- Take on new clients as the firm continues to grow
- Work with clients turning over $350k to $50M across childcare, property development, medical, mining and legal
- Business services focus, plus around 50 SMSFs on BGL
- Support from an offshore team member About you




- CA or CPA qualified with manager level experience in public practice business services
- Strong technical reviewer and experience using a modern tech stack
- Confident running client relationships and ready to move toward ownership What’s on offer
