- Managing a portfolio of residential investment properties
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinating repairs, maintenance and trades
- Conducting routine inspections and managing property condition reports




- Overseeing lease renewals, rent reviews and vacancy management
- Handling tenancy matters and resolving issues professionally
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with NSW tenancy legislation
- Working closely with the wider team to deliver outstanding service *Who we're looking for

- Previous experience in residential property management
- A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence, as applicable to your role
- Strong communication, organisation and time-management skills
- Confidence managing competing priorities and challenging conversations
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to great customer service
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to be part of a team
