- AM & PM Shifts Our client is seeking experienced Welders to join a busy workshop team based in the Rocklea Area. This is an ongoing opportunity working on the fabrication, repair and assembly of heavy construction and mining equipment, offering stable hours, excellent rates and immediate starts. - MIG welding and fabrication of heavy steel components
- Manufacture, repair and assembly of construction and mining equipment
- Working from engineering drawings and specifications
- Welding thick plate steel to a high standard
- General workshop duties Requirements
- Previous welding or heavy fabrication experience
- Ability to pass a weld test
- Experience working with thick plate steel
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Reliable transport and robust work ethic
