We are looking for a passionate and driven Regional Coordinator to provide leadership, direction, and operational oversight in Rockhampton, Queensland. Working closely with local teams and stakeholders, you will drive service excellence, support workforce capability, and contribute to the continued growth and success of selectability. This is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact by leading teams that positively change lives every day. This is a diverse role and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders across clinical, community and primary health services, as well as local and state government agencies and private industry
- Recruiting a local workforce; train, mentor, coach and support local staff
- Generating referrals for NDIS and clinical mental wellbeing services
- Leading recipient intake and the development of individual service agreements
- Overseeing the delivery of programs and services, including personally delivery services if required, and reporting as needed
- Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards
- Representing selectability at local and regional network meetings, forums and events
- Improving access to support services, mental health outcomes and equality in service availability for the individuals and groups across our footprint
- Conducting community engagement
- Facilitating group activities
- Facilitating community education
- Overseeing the delivery of programs and services including documentation of daily activity statistics and reporting in line with organisational requirements
- Work with other selectability services to support recipients as required
