Your new role The Domain Technical Lead at Coal Digital will play a crucial role in the successful design, development & implementation of digital solutions that potentially span across Digital Australia.

Key responsibilities

- Build positive relationships with product owners, managers and technical peers across Digital Australia, demonstrating critical thinking, empathy and a solution-oriented mindset to achieve well-engineered outcomes.
- Define the technical architecture / design of the solution and ensure high quality output from the team of engineers implementing the design through disciplined documentation, systemized ways of working, code reviews and coaching.
- Guide and support engineers' growth and capability in the domain product team through mentorship and technical leadership.

What you'll need
to succeed
- You have solid (10+ years) experience as a full-stack software engineer,



with particular expertise in C# and React framework (typescript), bringing enterprise-scale solutions to life. You have strong technical knowledge in DevOps, IT operations, platform engineering, modern cloud-native (Azure is advantageous) and traditional software architecture, full stack observability, security, log analytics and management, automated testing and more.
- You are experienced in both technical and people leadership / team leadership, making sound decisions and delivering outcomes on technical projects.
- You have strong knowledge of solution architecture and exposure to enterprise/domain architecture is advantageous, including What you'll get in return
