- Supervise day-to-day site operations and coordinate subcontractors and trades
- Plan and sequence works, and keep the program on track
- Inspect work for quality, defects and compliance with plans, specifications and the Building Code of Australia
- Enforce site safety, including SWMS, inductions and toolbox talks Liaise with the project coordinator, consultants, building surveyors and suppliers
- Manage site materials, deliveries and records, including diaries, photos and progress reports
- Resolve issues on site quickly and report progress to management

Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years' experience in construction or building, including hands-on experience with the tools
- Proven site management experience, supervising trades and subcontractors
- Robust knowledge of building methods, sequencing, quality control and WHS requirements
- Able to read and interpret architectural, structural and engineering drawings
- A current White Card (Construction Induction)
- A current driver's licence and your own transport to travel between sites
- Clear communicator, organised and reliable
- Right to work in Australia Pay: Up to $110,000.00 per year Work
