About the Role
We’re looking for Fencers and Labourers to join our QLD team full-time, working across commercial and industrial projects throughout Brisbane and South East Queensland. This role is for someone who isn’t afraid of hard work, takes pride in what they do and wants the opportunity to build a genuine career in the industry. Already have fencing or construction experience? Great. Current to fencing but reliable, switched on and willing to learn? We want to hear from you too. This isn’t for the faint hearted. The work is physical, the days can be demanding and we expect our people to show up ready to get the job done. For the right person, there is plenty of opportunity to develop your skills, take on more responsibility and progress into Leading Hand and Supervisory positions. ## What You’ll Be Doing
- Installing commercial and industrial fencing, gates and associated products
- Setting out fence lines and preparing sites for installation
- Digging holes, setting posts and concreting
- Measuring, cutting and installing fencing materials
- Assisting experienced fencers across all stages of installation
- Loading, unloading and handling materials
- Maintaining tools and equipment
- Keeping sites clean, organised and safe
- Following site safety requirements and SWMS




- Working with supervisors and other crew members to keep projects moving
- Assisting with repairs and maintenance where required ## What We’re Looking For We care just as much about attitude and work ethic as we do experience. You’ll need to be:
- Reliable and punctual
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
- Willing to work outdoors in varying conditions
- Able to take direction and work as part of a crew
- Safety focused
- Willing to learn and improve
- Someone who takes pride in the quality of their work
- Able to turn up, get stuck in and find a way when things get difficult ## Mandatory Requirements
- Valid White Card
- Valid driver’s licence
- Your own vehicle and reliable transport to and from work and job sites Please only apply if you meet the above mandatory requirements.
