## Forklift Operator – High Reach

Arndell Park, NSW Pay Rate: $37 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, 4:00am – 12:00pm Environment: Chilled and Frozen Warehouse ## Experienced Forklift Operator Wanted We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Forklift Operator for a busy chilled and frozen warehouse in Arndell Park. This role is ideal for someone with proven experience operating both high reach and counterbalance forklifts who is equally comfortable picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch. Important: This is a hands-on warehouse role, not a forklift-only position. You must be willing to work in cold rooms (5 degrees) and assist with general warehouse duties throughout your shift. ##

Key Responsibilities
- Operate both high reach and counterbalance forklifts to move, load and unload stock.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately in chilled and frozen storage areas.
- Pack, label and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Use a computer for basic warehouse transactions and order processing.
- Follow warehouse procedures, cold-store safety requirements and housekeeping standards.
- Assist the team to meet daily warehouse targets and dispatch deadlines. ## Essential Requirements To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A current and valid Australian forklift licence.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience operating both high reach and counterbalance forklifts.
- Previous pick packing experience in a warehouse environment.




- The ability to work comfortably in chilled and frozen temperatures for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to follow warehouse instructions.
- Good spoken English and transparent communication skills.
- Reliable transport and the ability to start work at 4:00am.
- Flexibility to stay back approximately one extra hour when required to finish the workload. ##

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, 4:00am – 12:00pm.
- Must be available for the full working week, with flexibility for occasional overtime.
- Early morning starts are essential. ## What's on Offer?
