About the role

- Provide commercially focused advice on employment law and workplace compliance.
- Advise on wage compliance, employee entitlements, modern awards and enterprise agreements.
- Assist businesses in identifying and managing workplace compliance risks.
- Review employment arrangements, remuneration structures and workplace policies.
- Collaborate with experienced legal and advisory professionals across a range of matters.




- Enjoy a predominantly advisory-focused role with minimal litigation. The ideal candidate:
- 2–6 years' PQE with experience in employment and workplace relations law.
- Experience advising on employment legislation, workplace compliance and employee entitlements.
- Robust technical skills with a commercial and practical approach to advising clients.
- Confident communicator who enjoys working collaboratively across different teams.
