Physiotherapist | MSK and Pilates | Eastern Suburbs, Sydney

About the role An established physio practice in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs is looking for a Physiotherapist who is equally comfortable with hands-on MSK work and Pilates. The practice treats movement as part of the treatment, not an add-on. Patients move between one on one physio, Pilates and exercise-based sessions under the same roof, so you’d be able to see a patient’s progress through, rather than handing them off after a few visits.

The practice

- Based in a medical centre building, in a busy and well-connected part of the Eastern Suburbs
- Patients of all ages and fitness levels, from desk-bound workers and weekend sports players to dancers and older adults
- A mix of treatment options in one place: physio, Pilates, exercise-based rehab and group sessions
- Modern treatment tools available, including shockwave and laser therapy
- Online booking and a well-run clinic, so you can focus on patients instead of admin

What your days will look like
- Assessing and treating a broad range of MSK conditions, including back, neck, shoulder, knee, jaw and headache presentations
- Managing sports injuries and returning patients to the activities they enjoy
- Delivering private Pilates sessions with a clinical rehab focus




- Combining manual therapy, exercise prescription and Pilates in the one treatment plan
- Giving patients clear advice on posture and movement so results last beyond the session
- Building a loyal caseload and following patients from first assessment through to long term wellbeing

What we’re looking for
- Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist (general registration)
- Strong MSK skills with confidence in hands-on treatment
- Pilates experience (a Pilates qualification is highly regarded)
- A practical, patient-first approach and valuable communication
- A genuine interest in exercise-based rehab
- Australian work rights
