? What You’ll Do

- Drive new business development across enterprise, government and mid-market clients.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing.
- Promote Contract-to-Hire, Direct Hire, Staff Augmentation, SOW and Consulting solutions.




- Collaborate with recruitment teams to deliver quality talent solutions.
- Manage your sales pipeline and achieve business development targets.

? What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong prospecting, cold-calling, networking and negotiation skills.
- Experience in recruitment, staffing, IT services or consulting is an advantage.
- Good understanding of the Australian business market and culture.
