- Salary between $190,000
- $220,000 + Super (Depending on experience)

- Take full ownership of projects from contract award through to practical completion and defects
- Manage project budgets, cost reporting,



forecasting and cash flow throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee contract administration, including variations, EOTs, progress claims and payment schedules
- Lead, mentor and develop Project Managers, Contract Administrators and Site Managers
- Manage subcontractor procurement, negotiation and performance
- Build robust relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders
- Ensure programme, safety, quality and compliance requirements are met at every stage YOU
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Manager with a Tier 2 or Tier 3 commercial builder
- Track record delivering projects in the $5m
- $25m range
- Strong commercial acumen and contract administration experience (AS2124 / AS4000)
- Confident leading project teams and managing client relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Building or Engineering highly regarded
