Team Leader
- Turf & Grounds Maintenance | Adelaide Oval Turf Solutions Love being on the tools, know your turf and ready for your next step? We're looking for an experienced turf professional to join Adelaide Oval Turf Solutions (AOTS) and lead a portfolio of client sites. AOTS takes the expertise behind one of Australia's most iconic sporting venues to clubs and community spaces across South Australia and beyond. You'll be working across high-level sporting facilities, including Premier Cricket and SANFL grounds, using your technical ability to lead works on site. You'll be hands-on, maintaining and renovating turf, operating specialised machinery, solving problems and helping keep jobs moving. Wicket curation and or site lead experience is highly advantageous. You'll be:
- Leading a portfolio of sites, maintaining, preparing and renovating sports turf and grounds
- Operating mowers, tractors and specialised turf machinery
- Taking ownership of works on site, planning work programs and identifying and responding to turf, irrigation and site issues
- Building solid relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Leading and supporting Grounds staff, providing day-to-day direction and guidance
- Prioritising safe work practices in every job
- Helping deliver surfaces we're proud of You'll bring:
- Cert III in Sports Turf Management, Horticulture or similar, or relevant industry experience
- Solid hands-on turf and grounds maintenance experience
- Strong experience and confidence operating mowers, tractors and specialised turf machinery
- Strong practical knowledge of turf, soil, irrigation, renovation and surface preparation
- The ability to problem-solve and make effective decisions




- Experience leading people and coordinating work across multiple sites
- A reliable, hands-on attitude and willingness to guide less experienced team members
- A current driver's licence
- Experience preparing cricket wickets or football surfaces would be a big plus. Not quite at this level yet?
