We are seeking to appoint someone with passion, skills, and motivation to match that of our Club and help our Head Chef to elevate our kitchen operations to the next level. Reporting to the Head Chef & Sous Chef,

key responsibilities
include:
- Assist in crafting menus and deliver food of the highest standard
- Hands-on management of a section
- Drive efficiency, quality, and consistency
- Work with the Head Chef and kitchen team and assist in meeting or exceeding budget and labour targets
- Elevate our food offering for members, their guests and visitors What we’re looking for




- 5 years experience in a kitchen with at least 3 as a qualified Chef
- Enjoys working within a team and striving to achieve team goals
- Proven ability to work under pressure
- Extremely strong attention to detail and passion for excellence
- Willing and able to work over a 7 day roster with mostly day shifts and the occasional evening function
