- On the job training provided Your Responsibilities
- Assisting in precast concrete production
- Pouring, finishing and setting concrete components
- Operating hand and power tools safely
- Manual handling and general yard duties
- Following safety procedures and site instructions What You’ll Need
- White or Blue Construction Card – must be able to produce on request
- Physically fit and capable of manual labour (lifting, bending, kneeling)
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Full PPE: steel-capped boots, hi-vis shirt, long pants
