In our mission to make farmers' lives easier and more successful, we’re seeking a passionate Head of Product to join our remote team. Working hand-in-hand with our CEO and Head of Engineering, you'll own the product journey from early ideas to the final shipped feature. Your main goal? Keeping our roadmap crystal clear and directly tied to making farmers' lives easier. As part of our leadership team, you'll help us scale up smoothly as we grow across AU/NZ and beyond. A major focus of this role is operational excellence: you will be tasked significantly increasing our development team's efficiency.



You will achieve this by prioritising what matters, smoothing out the handovers between product and engineering, and getting to know what our farmers actually need on the ground. ## You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Shape our product roadmap, turning big-picture company goals into clear, actionable plans.
- Give our dev team the clarity they need to build faster
- writing crisp requirements, scoping work accurately, and removing roadblocks.
- Make the tough calls on what *not
* to build, protecting the simple, easy-to-use experience our farmers love.
- Act as the definitive voice of the product, aligning leadership, sales, customer success, and engineering around a shared vision.
- Dig into farmer feedback and data to figure out what our Mobblers will need tomorrow. ### For this role, you’ll need (key selection criteria):
- Extensive leadership experience in product management (e.g., Head of Product, Director of Product, or Senior PM ready for the next step) within a SaaS environment.
- A proven track record of accelerating product delivery and optimizing cross-functional workflows between product and engineering teams.
- Exceptional strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to balance long-term vision with immediate, tactical execution.




- Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of influencing and aligning a fully remote team.
- A deep user-centric mindset with a demonstrated ability to simplify complex problems into intuitive user experiences. ## Nice to haves:
- Direct experience in Ag-Tech or a strong, empathetic understanding of the livestock/agricultural industry.
