- Tableau Developer/ Hybrid Working Model
- 12 Month Day Rate Contract
- Hybrid working model within a collaborative team We're looking for an experienced Tableau Developer to support the development of a new operational reporting setting on an initial 12-month contract. Working closely with business stakeholders and operational teams, you'll play a key role in establishing reporting capabilities, building data models and developing a suite of Tableau reports from the ground up. This is a hands-on position where you'll be responsible for understanding business requirements, analysing complex datasets and delivering reporting solutions that provide greater visibility across day-to-day operations. You'll be responsible for:
- Developing and delivering Tableau dashboards and reporting solutions to support workforce and operational reporting.
- Building and maintaining data models to support accurate and efficient reporting.
- Working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into reporting solutions.
- Supporting the development of a new reporting setting, with approximately 40–60 reports to be delivered.
- Using SQL to interrogate, analyse and manipulate data from various business systems.
- Working directly with maintenance and operational teams to understand their reporting needs.




- Developing and enhancing Salesforce reporting to support business operations.
- Identifying opportunities to improve reporting processes, data quality and overall reporting efficiency. You'll ideally bring:
- 4–5+ years of commercial experience in a Tableau Developer, Reporting Analyst or similar position.
- Strong hands-on experience developing Tableau dashboards and visualisations.
- Strong SQL skills with experience querying and analysing complex datasets.
- Proven experience building data models and developing reporting solutions end to end.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to gather requirements and work directly with business users.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple reporting deliverables and solve complex data problems.
