- Develop, manage and support a team of operations professionals
- Manage customer escalations and relationship building
- Seek potential upsell opportunities
- Oversee the daily activities of the team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure profits are maximised and team productivity is achieved
- Step into Operations roles when needed
- Provide necessary training & introduce new processes where required
- Provide recent solutions and a fresh outlook The Requirements
- Proven success in a senior operations role within international freight forwarding
- Excellent organisational and relationship management skills
- Complete understanding of Australian regulatory requirements
- Become a key motivator of the team
