Packer / Gluer – Day Shift (6am – 2pm)

We are seeking reliable and motivated Packer / Gluer Operators to join a busy manufacturing team. This hands-on role involves packing mattresses into bundles, gluing mattresses together and assisting with general housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work, can keep up in a fast-paced environment and is looking for consistent day-shift hours with the potential for a long-term opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Pack mattresses into bundles accurately and efficiently.
- Glue mattresses together as required.
- Assist with general production and assembly tasks.
- Maintain a clean, tidy and organised work area.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily production targets.
Skills and Experience
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Good attention to detail and a reliable work ethic.
- Physically fit and comfortable lifting and handling mattresses.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, packing or assembly is advantageous but not essential.
- Forklift licence is advantageous but not essential.

- Hours: Monday to Friday, 6am – 2pm
- Shift: Day shift
