Finance & Business Analyst | Healthcare Sector | Perth

We are currently seeking a Finance & Business Analyst to join a large and complex healthcare organisation, supporting operational leaders with budgeting, business planning, financial analysis, and performance reporting. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a service-focused environment while developing your business partnering capabilities.

Your new role

Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will play a key role in delivering financial and business support across a diverse operational portfolio. You will provide analysis and insight to support decision-making, assist with budget management, and contribute to the development of business plans and improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the development, management and monitoring of operational budgets
- Preparing financial reports, forecasts and performance analysis
- Assisting with annual budgeting, capital expenditure and business planning processes
- Developing business cases and supporting service improvement initiatives
- Analysing financial, workforce and activity data to identify trends and opportunities
- Partnering with operational stakeholders to provide commercial and financial advice




- Contributing to management reporting and performance monitoring against agreed KPIs
- Supporting financial systems, controls and information management processes
- Assisting with workforce cost allocation and staffing analysis
- Building strong relationships across a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Previous experience in a Finance Analyst, Business Analyst, Management Accountant or similar position
- Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial management experience
- Well-developed analytical, problem-solving and report-writing skills
- Experience developing business cases, business plans or financial assessments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management capabilities
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at multiple levels
- A relevant qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related discipline
- Healthcare or large complex organisational experience will be highly regarded.
