About the role

As a Personal Care Worker or Enrolled Nurse, you will play an important role in helping clients maintain their independence, dignity, comfort, and wellbeing in their own homes. Working in accordance with individual care plans, you will deliver person-centred support that recognises each client's unique needs, preferences, and goals. Depending on your role and qualifications, your responsibilities may include personal care, domestic assistance, companionship, daily living support, and in-home nursing care.

Key responsibilities

- Provide compassionate, person-centred support tailored to each client's needs in accordance with individual care plans

- Assist clients with personal care, daily living support, and domestic assistance

- Maintain clients' independence, dignity, and quality of life in their own homes

- Provide in-home nursing care to aged care clients (Enrolled Nurses)

- Work confidently and independently in the community while communicating effectively with the wider team

- Treat every client with dignity, respect, and kindness

- Undertake domestic assistance as part of supporting clients in the community

About you

- Current National Police Check (mandatory)

- Current driver's licence and access to a comprehensively insured private vehicle (mandatory)

- Current First Aid and CPR certificates (mandatory)

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing or equivalent), Certificate IV, or a higher relevant qualification





- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, where applicable to the role and client requirements

- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse (for Enrolled Nurse positions)

- Compassionate, empathetic and genuinely passionate about caring for others
