Operations Manager - Demolition & Civil | Brisbane

$150k + car, fuel card, phone, laptop + KPI bonus

The role:

- Run day-to-day delivery alongside our current Ops Manager

- Plan crews, machines, trucks and tips daily

- Manage operators, drivers, labourers and subcontractors

- On site daily: inspections, quality checks, problem solving

- Client contact from job start to sign-off

- Raise POs, manage haulage, keep jobs on budget

The hours:

- 10-12 hrs/day, 5 days, some Saturdays

- About 60% office, 40% on site

- Early starts. The salary reflects the hours.

You must have:

- QLD driver licence and white card

- Comfortable on site and in the office

- Organised: you can juggle crews, trucks and clients at once

- Direct: you can have hard conversations with crew and clients

- Valuable with software and quick to learn new systems

Preferred:

- Some experience in demolition, earthworks, civil or construction
