About the role

You will coordinate the service delivery process from initial enquiry through to participant onboarding and ongoing support. Your responsibilities will include staff recruitment and supervision, referral relationships, business development and day-to-day operational coordination.

Key responsibilities

- Coordinate service delivery: Organise participant supports, staff rosters and service arrangements, responding promptly to changes and resolving issues.
- Recruit and support staff: Coordinate recruitment, screening, induction, training and ongoing supervision, helping build a capable and dependable team.
- Onboard participants: Manage enquiries and referrals, meet with participants and their representatives, coordinate service agreements and support arrangements, and ensure smooth service commencement.
- Develop referral relationships: Build connections with support coordinators, plan managers, allied health professionals, housing providers and other community partners.
- Support business growth: Identify suitable service opportunities, follow up enquiries and convert referrals into well-planned participant services.
- Maintain quality and records: Keep participant and workforce documentation accurate, coordinate incident and complaint follow-up, and support protected, person-centred service delivery.
- Report on operations:



Keep leadership informed about referrals, participant onboarding, staffing, service quality and operational priorities.

About you

- Experience coordinating services within an NDIS or disability support organisation.
- A sound understanding of person-centred support, participant choice and control, and safeguarding.
- Experience recruiting, rostering, supervising or supporting frontline staff.
- Confidence managing participant enquiries, onboarding and stakeholder relationships.
- Business development experience, including building referral networks and following up opportunities.
- Strong communication, documentation and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating closely with leadership.
- Relevant qualifications in disability, community services, business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- A current driver's licence and willingness to travel locally when required.
