Requirements

The opportunityChobani is looking for experienced Logistics Team Leaders to join our Afternoon and Night Shift teams at our Dandenong South site.Working within our large, contemporary warehouse across both chilled and ambient operations, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day warehouse activities while leading and supporting a team in a fast-paced FMCG environment.This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll lead from the front, overseeing activities including loading and unloading trucks, picking, wrapping, labelling and palletising finished goods ready for dispatch.You’ll also play an important role in maintaining stock accuracy, coordinating dispatch activities, driving safety and supporting your team to deliver against operational requirements and KPIs.

Skills & Experience

Ideally to be successful in the role you'll have:

- Previous Team Leader or supervisory experience within a high-volume FMCG, manufacturing, food or warehouse environment
- Strong safety leadership and a demonstrated commitment to WHS
- Proven experience operating Counterbalance and Reach forklifts,



including Double Deep Reach
- Strong knowledge of inventory and stock control processes
- Experience coordinating dispatch, transport and warehouse activities
- Experience using warehouse management systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Confidence using Excel and other Microsoft 365 applications
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-moving operational environment
- An inclusive, collaborative and people-first leadership style with a focus on coaching and developing others
- A proactive approach to continuous improvement and lean practices
- A reliable and punctual approach, with a willingness to lead from the front
