We have a permanent, full time opportunity for an experienced Leading Hand Carpenter on high-end residential alterations & additions across Sydney’s North Shore & Eastern Suburbs.

The Role

You will run the site day to day and keep the job moving. If you have experience in the following, we want to hear from you:

- Leading a site and organizing the ongoing works

- Coordinating carpenters, apprentices, trades and subbies

- Booking trades and deliveries and keeping the program on track

- Setting out, framing, structural carpentry, lock-up and fit-off

- Working from plans, engineering details and specs

- Training and looking after apprentices

Where This Role Can Take You

Our Foreman and Project Manager came up through the tools, and that is the path we have for the right person.





- Leading Hand → Foreman → Project Manager, with regular reviews to set your next step

- Exposure to the whole job, from start to finish programming to client meetings and handover

- Mentoring from the director and our project manager

Necessary Qualifications / Tickets / Licences

You must have:

Cert III in Carpentry

WHS Industry White Card

Current driver’s license

Own tools
