At Silkstone State School P&C; OSHC, we're looking for passionate and enthusiastic part time Educators and an Educational Leader to join our vibrant team!

What You'll Be Doing

As an Educator, you'll:

- Help design and deliver fun, engaging, child-led activities

- Support children's wellbeing, interests and individual needs

- Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues

- Bring your creativity, interests and ideas to our program

- Assist with daily routines, food service and program documentation

- Join in the fun of Vacation Care excursions and activities

As our Educational Leader, you'll:

- Plan and oversee engaging, inclusive educational programs

- Mentor educators and support their professional development

- Lead reflective practice and continuous program improvement

- Foster connections with families, community and allied health professionals

About You:

We're looking for people who are caring, creative, reliable and passionate about making a difference in children's lives.

What You'll Need:

- Educators: Certificate III or higher in a relevant child-related field (see ACECQA)

- Educational Leader: Relevant Diploma or higher and at least two years' leadership experience

- Current Paid Queensland Blue Card

- Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates, or willingness to obtain

- Understanding of the NQF, MTOP and EYLF
