The Chance

Join Icon Water's Digital Delivery team as a Project Support Analyst and play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of digital initiatives across the organisation. Working alongside project managers, business analysts and key stakeholders, you will provide essential project coordination, governance and administrative support that helps keep projects on track and delivering value.

This is a varied and collaborative role where you'll coordinate project activities, maintain documentation and reporting, support governance processes, assist with the development of procurement activities and artefacts and work closely with stakeholders across the business. You'll gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of digital projects while helping to improve the systems and technology that support essential services for the Canberra community.

You are a highly organised and proactive professional with excellent attention to detail and a passion for supporting successful project delivery. You can manage competing priorities,



build positive working relationships and communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders. With strong administrative and analytical skills, you enjoy bringing structure to complex activities and identifying opportunities to improve processes and outcomes.

Success In This Role Will Be Supported By

- Demonstrated experience providing project coordination, project administration or project support services within a high paced project delivery environment.
- Experience maintaining project and procurement documentation, schedules, action registers and reporting artefacts.
- Proven ability to coordinate activities involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project and Teams.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
