I am seeking an experienced Senior Flood Engineer to join a growing Sydney team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take on greater technical leadership, project responsibility and client exposure.

The Opportunity

- Lead flood modelling and flood management projects across Australia
- Work across urban development, stormwater and infrastructure projects
- Manage project delivery, budgets, programmes and technical outcomes
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers
- Build strong relationships with clients, authorities and project stakeholders
- Contribute to proposals, business development and winning new work
- Develop practical, innovative and commercially sound engineering solutions

About You





- 8+ years’ experience in civil/flood engineering
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Solid experience in flood modelling and flood management
- Proficiency with TUFLOW, RORB/WBNM, HEC-RAS and GIS
- Experience with DRAINS/stormwater modelling highly regarded
- Understanding of Australian design standards and local/state approval processes
- Residential subdivision experience across earthworks, roads and drainage advantageous
- Strong project management, communication and client-facing skills
