What you will be doing You will be responsible for the security and patrolling of the resort community keeping people and property secure. You will be interacting with the residents and stakeholders all the time to provide your customer service skills while assisting with delivery some of parcels and mail. As a Safety & Security Officer, you will also be required to support emergency procedures as well as perform the following tasks to a high standard: 1. Demonstrate exceptional customer service when engaging with residents 2. Respond promptly to security issues including Emergency calls and liaise with emergency services 3. Perform regular patrols of the residential grounds and provide access when needed 4. Control the packages and mail to ensure they are delivered to the addressed 5. Use of our technology application used in documenting delivery 6. Be available for 4 on 4 off roster shift and occasional overtime shifts What we are looking for? 1. Previous Security experience, preferably in an exclusive residential community but not essential 2. Current Qld Security Licence (Sec/Monitoring) 3. Current QLD Drivers Licence 4. Current First Aid/CPR Certificate 5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills 6.
