- Coordinate large-scale meal preparation across multiple dining areas




- Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
- Lead, coach and mentor kitchen team members
- Ensure HACCP, allergen management and food safety compliance
- Monitor stock levels and minimise food wastage
- Contribute menu ideas and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage kitchen operations in the Head Chef's absence ## What You'll Bring
- Cert III in Commercial Cookery (minimum)
- Previous experience in a Sous Chef, Senior Cook or leadership role
- Strong understanding of HACCP, food safety and allergen management
- Experience preparing nutritious meals in bulk quantities
- Knowledge of IDDSI and texture-modified diets
- Food Safety Supervisor certification
- Australian working rights
