Skilled level English written and verbal | Work Arrangement: Hybrid | Learn more: softwareone.com/en-au We are looking for a Cybersecurity Presales Architect with strong expertise across Veeam, Delinea or AvePoint to support SoftwareOne's channel partners across Australia. Working closely with partners, customers, Solution Sales, Partner Account Managers and other presales specialists, you will act as a technical subject matter expert (SME), helping partners identify opportunities, position the right solutions and develop cybersecurity and services opportunities across the portfolio. The role will primarily focus on Veeam, Delinea and AvePoint, with Microsoft Security experience considered advantageous.

Key responsibilities
will include:
- Leading technical presales engagements across Veeam, Delinea and AvePoint, acting as a subject matter expert for partners and internal sales teams
- Working with channel partners and customers to understand cybersecurity, data protection, identity and business continuity requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
- Identifying professional services opportunities alongside technology solutions and helping shape technical scopes and services engagements




- Delivering partner and customer presentations, workshops, demonstrations and technical solution discussions
- Training and enabling partners across the solution portfolio to strengthen their technical capability and confidence
- Collaborating with Solution Sales, Partner Account Managers, vendors and other presales specialists to develop opportunities and support partner-led growth What we need to see from you:
- Strong experience in Veeam, Delinea or AvePoint, with deep expertise in at least one of these technologies
- Experience in cybersecurity, business continuity, technical presales, solution architecture or consulting
- Experience working with channel partners, MSPs or partner-led sales models, with the ability to support both partners and end customers
- Ability to identify and shape services opportunities alongside cybersecurity technology solutions
- Strong presentation, consulting and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience enabling technical and sales audiences
