Graduate CRM Configuration Specialist, 3-Month Contract, Full Training Provided ITAAAS is an independent Australian IT advisory firm. Our Operational Systems team helps mid-sized organisations fix how their business runs, then configures the systems to match. We have more client work coming than hands to do it, and we would rather train the right person than wait for the perfect one. This is a three-month contract for someone early in their career who wants to learn CRM configuration properly, from people who build it every day. • Configure CRM and related business apps (HR, recruitment, e-signature, low-code) against documented client requirements
• Build custom fields, layouts, workflows and automations
• Help migrate customer and contact data, including field mapping and validation
• Test your own work carefully before it goes anywhere near a client
• Work directly with our Digital Solution Lead and CRM Integration Specialist, who will train you from the ground up What we’re looking for
• A recent graduate,



or someone in the first few years of a career in IT, business systems, business analysis or a related field
• Logical, structured thinking. You can take a spreadsheet of requirements and turn it into a working system
• Attention to detail and the discipline to check your work twice
• Comfortable asking questions early rather than guessing
• Any prior CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics, Zoho, anything) is a big plus, but not essential Where and how you’ll work
• Work from home anywhere in Australia, or from our Sydney office if you prefer to be around people. Your call, and you can mix it up
