Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Care AusCare Partners is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to provide nursing care to home care clients in Narre Warren, Pakenham and surrounding areas.

Requirements:

- Current AHPRA registration
- Relevant nursing experience
- Solid clinical and communication skills
- Current police check and required compliance documents
- Weekday availability
- Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence
