Experienced Barista – Part-Time / Full-Time Supernova Coffee, Melbourne CBD We’re looking for a friendly and experienced barista to join our team. We have both part-time and full time opportunities available.
About the role
- Prepare and serve consistently high-quality espresso-based coffees.
- Adjust the grind and dial in coffee to maintain quality throughout the day.
- Texture milk and produce latte art to a consistent standard.
- Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organised coffee station and equipment.
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations. What we’re looking for
- Previous barista experience in an Australian café.
- Confidence working independently on an espresso machine and grinder.
- Strong coffee-making skills and an understanding of espresso extraction.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy coffee service.
- A positive attitude, reliability and solid teamwork.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Valid working rights in Australia for the hours required.
