IT Contract Coordinator | Sydney CBD | 12-month contract Join a large government organisation in the heart of Sydney as a Contract Coordinator, supporting the Digital and Information Services team. The role You’ll keep the contract lifecycle running smoothly, from tracking expiry dates and extensions to making sure every document is saved and easy to find. You'll provide administrative and operational support for the effective management of contracts for the Digital and Information Services (DIS) business unit throughout their lifecycle.
- Maintain contract registers and draft contract management plans
- Track milestones, expiry dates and extension options
- Collect and maintain supplier compliance documents
- Support the procurement process and supplier performance reviews
- Prepare status updates and reporting on contract performance and upcoming commitments About you




- Experience in contract coordination, administration or management
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple contracts and deadlines
- Confident communicator who builds good relationships with stakeholders and suppliers
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office, contract management systems and reporting tools
- Government contract experience, ideally with Core or ICTA templates, is highly regarded
- A legal or law background is ideal, and paralegals with contract management experience are encouraged to apply The details
