About the role
Akolade runs conferences and events that bring together senior leaders across various industries. We're looking for a Sales Executive to join our delegate sales team, filling those rooms through high-volume outbound sales.

Key responsibilities

- Run a high-volume outbound sales process by phone, email and LinkedIn to sell delegate passes to senior professionals
- Build and work your own pipeline from research through to close
- Understand each prospect's challenges and show them why our event is worth their time and budget
- Hit explicit daily and weekly activity KPIs
- Reach and beat your monthly revenue target
- Keep the CRM up to date so you and your manager can track progress and forecast accurately About you
- A genuinely hard worker who sees a target as a challenge, not a burden
- Show determination and resilience, so a "no" doesn't slow you down
- Take ownership of your results and don't make excuses
- Coachable, open to feedback and eager to keep improving




- Communicate confidently and professionally with senior decision makers
- Ideally have experience of B2B, phone-based or target-driven sales experience Benefits
