• Senior Concession Manager – Myer Perth | Permanent Full-Time | Tuesday–Saturday
• Concession Manager – Myer Karrinyup | Permanent Full-Time | Tuesday–Saturday
• Assistant Store Manager – Karrinyup | Permanent Part-Time | Sunday–Thursday | 28–30 hours per week
• Store Manager – Galleria | Permanent Full-Time | Tuesday–Saturday What You’ll Do Depending on the role, you’ll have the opportunity to:
• Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing team to become true Oroton brand ambassadors
• Drive sales performance and consistently achieve targets and KPIs
• Create an exceptional customer experience and champion clienteling across the team
• Support or oversee recruitment, rostering, training and day-to-day store operations




• Maintain elevated standards of visual merchandising, presentation and brand execution
• Analyse sales performance and identify opportunities to drive growth
• Build a positive, inclusive and engaging team culture
• Lead by example on the shop floor, bringing energy, styling expertise and a passion for Oroton to every customer interaction What You Bring
• Proven experience in retail leadership, ideally within fashion, premium or high-volume retail
• A strong track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Passion for customer experience, clienteling and delivering exceptional service
• Experience coaching, developing and motivating retail teams
• A natural eye for styling, presentation and fashion
• Strong commercial awareness and confidence interpreting sales performance
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
