The Prospect CSR are searching for a Product Manager to take ownership of a key product portfolio, driving growth, profitability and market leadership across our industry-leading Hebel and AFS product ranges. Based in North Ryde, this exciting 12 month contract will see you manage and grow an allocated portfolio, ensuring strong commercial performance throughout the product lifecycle. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Technical and customers, you'll identify market opportunities, lead new product development initiatives and deliver a product strategy that drives profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and optimise the product portfolio to improve performance, profitability and market position.
• Lead new product development projects from concept through to launch.
• Conduct market, customer and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop business cases for product innovation and range expansion.
• Manage product and SKU lifecycles, including range reviews and rationalisation.
• Ensure products meet relevant quality,



compliance and industry standards.
• Provide technical product support, training and expertise to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain product information, specifications and technical documentation.
• Gather customer and installer insights to inform product strategy and future product About You
• 3+ years' experience in Product Management or Marketing.
• Experience managing products throughout the product lifecycle.
• Robust analytical, commercial and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to translate market insights into profitable business opportunities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• High attention to detail and a passion for technical products.
• Building or construction industry experience highly regarded.
• Knowledge of building standards, compliance and quality requirements.
• Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
