About The Role
We currently have an opportunity for a 4+ PQE corporate lawyer to join our collegiate and highly regarded commercial healthcare team led by Lucille Scomazzon, Aaron Kloczko and Angela Wood. We are looking first and foremost for an excellent corporate lawyer, with strong M&A; experience, excellent drafting skills and sound commercial judgement. The role will involve M&A; and broader corporate advisory work for clients across the healthcare sector. Previous healthcare experience is not required. What matters is an interest in applying your corporate skills in a sector-focused practice and developing a deep understanding of our clients’ businesses and the commercial and regulatory environments in which they operate. This is a role for someone who enjoys working directly with clients. You will have the opportunity to build trusted client relationships, collaborate across practice groups, take increasing responsibility for matters and contribute to business development and the continued growth of the practice. You will work closely with senior lawyers and clients on complex and interesting matters, with genuine opportunities to develop your own client relationships, contribute to the growth of the practice and build a long-term career with the team. About You Ideally, you will have:
• 4+ years PQE gained in a well-regarded corporate practice, with strong M&A; experience
• excellent technical, drafting and analytical skills, with close attention to detail
• sound commercial judgement and the confidence to take responsibility for matters




• a genuinely client-focused approach and an interest in building enduring client relationships
• an interest in contributing to business development and the continued growth of the practice
