Expected Start: January 2027 About the Opportunity Hatchit Studios is seeking experienced SAP Systems Analysts for labour hire contract opportunities supporting a major Federal Government agency in the delivery and enhancement of enterprise ICT systems. Successful candidates will work across a range of projects involving SAP CRM and SAP S/4HANA, translating business requirements into technical solutions, supporting system configuration and contributing to the design, development and continuous improvement of business applications. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-impact government initiatives within a collaborative, large-scale enterprise environment. Working Arrangements: Candidates are expected to work onsite for the initial six weeks, after which hybrid working arrangements may be considered.

Key Responsibilities
• Analyse business processes and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Support the design, configuration and enhancement of SAP CRM and SAP S/4HANA solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers and testing teams to define and deliver system improvements.
• Develop and maintain solution designs, functional specifications and technical documentation.
• Assist with solution feasibility assessments, identifying risks, advantages and implementation options.
• Support system testing, including test planning,



execution and quality assurance activities.
• Investigate technical issues, assess application performance and recommend improvements.
• Contribute to system change management, continuous improvement and operational support activities.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security requirements and government standards. Skills & Experience Required
• Demonstrated experience as a Systems Analyst, Technical Business Analyst or similar ICT role.
• Hands-on experience with SAP CRM and SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong requirements gathering, analysis and documentation capabilities.
• Experience developing functional specifications, system designs and technical documentation.
• Understanding of software design principles, system interfaces and application configuration.
• Experience supporting software development, testing and implementation activities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience within Federal Government or a large enterprise environment (highly regarded).
• Ability to obtain and maintain Baseline Security Clearance. Why Apply?
