About The Role
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be primarily focused on frontend development using Next.js and React, with additional responsibility for backend development and API integrations using Node.js. The role is approximately 80% frontend and 20% backend, making deep, practical experience with modern React-based applications essential. You will take an active role throughout the development lifecycle, from understanding requirements and shaping implementation approaches to writing, reviewing, testing, and refining code. This is a hands-on individual contributor position for a development-focused professional who can work independently while communicating effectively with the wider team. Qualifications
• At least seven years of professional software development experience.
• Strong, hands-on experience building production applications with Next.js and React. This experience is mandatory.
• Practical experience developing backend services and APIs with Node.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, including the ability to write clear,



maintainable code.
• Experience building responsive, scalable web applications and applying modern frontend development practices.
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, browser behavior, and accessible, user-focused interface development.
• Hands-on experience consuming REST APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services.
• Working knowledge of Git, collaborative code review, CI/CD practices, and Agile software development.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to investigate and resolve technical issues.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with technical and nontechnical colleagues. Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain frontend features and applications using Next.js, React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Build responsive, performant interfaces that work consistently across supported devices and browsers.
• Contribute to backend services and API development using Node.js, with a focus on dependable integrations and maintainable implementation.
• Connect user-facing applications to REST APIs and other backend systems, handling data and application states appropriately.




• Translate product requirements and technical designs into well-structured, tested software.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback that supports quality, consistency, and knowledge sharing.
• Use Git and established CI/CD workflows to support reliable development, testing, and delivery.
• Collaborate with team members in an Agile environment, communicate progress, and raise risks or dependencies promptly.
• Identify opportunities to improve application performance, usability, reliability, and code quality.
• Take ownership of assigned development work and contribute actively to troubleshooting and ongoing product improvements.
