SMC is seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing Administrator to play a pivotal role in supporting our Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Project teams within our WA team. This is more than a traditional administration position. You will help drive operational excellence, coordinate key initiatives, and enable our teams to focus on delivering exceptional outcomes for customers. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple business functions, has a passion for continuous improvement, and is looking to further develop their career in sales operations, marketing coordination, reporting, and project support. What You'll Be Doing As a key member of the team, you'll support a broad range of business activities that contribute to the success and growth of the organisation.
• Support sales operations through CRM administration, reporting, quotations, tenders, and business analysis.
• Coordinate marketing activities, customer events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns.
• Assist with regional projects by tracking actions, maintaining documentation, and supporting stakeholders.
• Partner with internal teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Projects to deliver business objectives.
• Manage office administration, supplier relationships, travel arrangements, and business logistics.
• Support distributor engagement activities and help strengthen our ANZ distribution network.




• Contribute to process improvement initiatives that drive efficiency and business performance. About You We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys building relationships across a business. You'll ideally bring:
• Experience in sales support, business administration, project coordination, marketing support, or a similar role.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Experience working with CRM systems and generating reports or business insights.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Confidence working with stakeholders across different teams and levels of the organisation.
• A collaborative mindset and a willingness to take initiative.
• Experience within a B2B, industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or technical environment will be highly regarded.
• Certificate, Diploma, or tertiary qualification in Business, Administration, Marketing, Sales, Project Coordination, or a related discipline (preferred).
