Cube Networks is on the lookout for a Service Delivery Manager to join our team. The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for the Cube Service Management & Governance function to our Managed Services customers, here they are interacting with leaders and team members across the customers, Cube business and Managed Services team. Primary function
• Maintain authentic and strategic governance relationships with customers, internal teams, vendors, and the wider Cube resource network at various levels
• Deliver a high quality and highly valued managed services customer experience through the governance processes and services that Cube provides to its customer.
• Work with the Senior Services Manager to plan and execute on tactical and strategic initiatives around improving the MS governance services being delivered. This includes managing the ongoing governance capacity demands of the nominated MS customers, including establishing the governance capabilities needed to grow Cube’s Managed Services for these customers.
• Assist in the management of the MS maturity and compliance model, where this will drive the ongoing measurement and improvement of the services being delivered to Cube customers.
• Measure and ensure that Cube meets its contracted customer SLA and OLA’s to a nominated set of MS customers.





Qualifications:
• Minimum 5-10 years practical experience in providing Service Management & Governance services, including:
• ITIL Service Management Framework
• COBIT – Control Objectives for Information Technologies
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience with an enterprise level systems integrator and or managed services provider
• Minimum 3-5 years in a Service Management role, where you have owned the Service Delivery and Governance function across multiple large enterprise customers.
• Minimum 2-3 years of service, commercial and contractual management of large enterprise customers.
